What you provide

The form asks for your name, email address, phone number, a short business brief, and the services you select. It records the date and time you consented to the form’s use. Please avoid sending sensitive information in your brief.

Why it is used

The information is used to review your enquiry, contact you about your project, and manage related correspondence. The form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. You can choose to contact the published email addresses or phone number directly instead.

Where it goes

Enquiries are stored in a private database provided by the site’s hosting platform and can be viewed only in an owner-restricted inbox. The site owner can download a CSV copy to open in spreadsheet software. Hosting and email providers may process data needed to operate the site and any correspondence you initiate. Form submissions are not automatically emailed from this site at present.

If you choose the WhatsApp contact link, you leave this site and WhatsApp may handle information under its own privacy terms. No WhatsApp content is embedded or loaded by this site before you click.

How long it is kept

Enquiries remain in the private inbox until the site owner deletes them. If you want your enquiry removed, email sahith.agraharapu@gmail.com and identify the enquiry. Copies exported or sent through email must also be deleted separately. Records may be kept longer when a legal obligation requires it.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, or withdraw your consent for further handling of the enquiry, by emailing the address above. Requests will be assessed under applicable law. Withdrawing consent may mean the project conversation cannot continue.

Technical information

Like most hosting services, the provider may receive technical data, such as an IP address and request details, to deliver and protect the site.
